Who can use SuppX
These terms cover the SuppX app and service, provided by SuppX (“SuppX”, “we”) and published on the App Store by The Simple App Inc.. SuppX is for roofing contractors whose company has a SuppX account. Your company adds you, or you join with your company’s code. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your company.
Your company’s agreement comes first
SuppX’s services and pricing are set by your company’s agreement with SuppX. If these terms and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins. The app itself sells nothing and has no in-app purchases.
Your account
Keep your sign-in codes to yourself, and tell us at suppx@thesimpleapp.io if you think someone else used your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Delete Account).
What you upload
You are responsible for having the right to upload the photos, documents, homeowner details and messages you send, and for their accuracy. Your company owns its requests and records. You give SuppX permission to use them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use SuppX to break the law, to submit information you know is false, to access another company’s data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
No guarantee of outcome
SuppX prepares and pursues supplements and estimates, but insurance carriers make their own decisions. We don’t promise any approval or amount. The app is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, our liability, and the law and venue that govern any dispute, are as set out in your company’s agreement with SuppX.
