SuppX Privacy Policy

What the SuppX app collects, why, who helps us process it, and how to delete it. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell personal information.

Effective September 28, 2026 · SuppX · App published by The Simple App Inc.

Who we are

SuppX (“SuppX”, “we”) operates the SuppX app and service. The SuppX iOS app is published on the App Store by The Simple App Inc., SuppX’s developer account holder. SuppX is a business tool for roofing contractors whose company has a SuppX account. This policy covers the SuppX iOS app and the service behind it.

We do not sell personal information, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDKs.

What we collect

Name
Your name, and the names of homeowners you enter on a request.
Email and phone
Used to sign you in with a one-time code, and to invite teammates (their email or phone number).
Property address
The property addresses you enter or confirm on a request.
Photos and documents
Jobsite and completion photos, your profile photo, and the insurance scopes, contracts and measurement reports you upload. Location data is removed from photos on your phone before upload.
Messages
Comments and replies you write to the SuppX desk on a request.
Claim details
Claim numbers, dates of loss, carrier, policy details and amounts you enter or confirm.
Support requests
What you send us when you ask for help or report a problem. A problem report includes the app version, device model, iOS version, your company and the request you were on.
Account and device identifiers
Your account ID, and a push-notification token for your device (with its model and the app version), registered when you sign in so we can deliver notifications. Notifications only appear if you allow them.

The app does not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, health data or payment card details. Address suggestions come from Apple Maps on your phone and nothing is sent to SuppX until you pick an address.

Why we use it

Only to run the service your company signed up for: to receive and work your supplement and estimate requests, keep your team in sync, send you the sign-in codes and notifications you asked for, bill your company under its agreement, and answer support requests.

Who processes it for us

These service providers process data on our behalf and for no other purpose:

Supabase
Database, sign-in and server functions.
Cloudflare
Photo and document storage and delivery.
Twilio
Text-message sign-in codes.
Resend
Email sign-in codes and email notifications.
Apple
Push notifications.
Mistral AI
Reads the insurance scopes and measurement reports you upload so the app can fill in claim details for you to confirm. The app tells you this before you choose a file, and you can type the details in yourself instead.
Stripe
Invoice payment, on Stripe’s own page in your browser. Card details go to Stripe, never through the app.

Your company’s account owners and the SuppX desk team can see the requests, photos, documents and messages filed under your company. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in the app: You → Delete Account. That immediately deletes your sign-in, name, profile photo, notifications and device registrations.

Requests, photos, documents and invoices you filed belong to your company’s business records and stay with your company. To ask for a copy of your information, or to have anything else corrected or deleted, email suppx@thesimpleapp.io.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to your company and the SuppX team.

Children

SuppX is a business app for adults and is not directed to children.

Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date. Questions about privacy: suppx@thesimpleapp.io.
